What to include for an order question

To help us find your order faster, please include:

The email address you used at checkout
The date you paid, and your Stripe payment receipt or reference if you have it
A short description of the problem, such as no download email, a file that won't open, or a duplicate charge

Before you write, please check your spam and promotions folders for the download email. For your safety, never send a full card number, a security code (CVV), a password, or any other sign-in or authentication details. We will never ask for them.
